What are the Ingredients?

The two main ingredients consist of  the organic mineral form of lithium and, the mineral carrier, orotic acid (orotate). The orotate is bound to the Lithium in order to deliver it beyond the blood brain barrier where it is required most. 
The Micro Vortex Enteric Coating and the orotate 'carrier' in Tranquility™ deliver the natural Lithium so effectively that only a small amount of Lithium is necessary. Each tablet of Tranquility™ provides 4.6 mg of elemental lithium.
The Lithium in Tranquility™ is NOT to be confused with the prescription forms of Lithium. Lithium Carbonate and Lithium Citrate are psychiatric drugs that are frequently used by doctors to treat bipolar disorder and other psychiatric illnesses.
